ROLE Team Lead, Programmer, Technical & UI Design
Moving to London in 2001, I was employed by the mobile technology company Pogo Technology (formed by the ex-R&D division of Razorfish London). The Pogo mobile was one of the first “all-in-one” PDA devices available in the UK providing phone, web browser, diary and MP3 player capabilities.

Initially responsible for the development of the interface software running on the Pogo device using Flash/C++, I quickly moved into a role involving the planning, development and management of the entire Pogo user online areas, Pogo device, sales and supporting web sites.

These included secure user utilities such as email, sms, contacts, links & diary data management - all accessible via the device and online. Additional tools such as billing information & management, device support web sites and additional mobile commerce resources such as purchasing ringtones.
